The Yovimpa Point Trail is a short hike to an incredible viewpoint in Bryce Canyon National Park. This trail is dog-friendly and serves as a great outing for kids of all ages and hikers of all abilities. The Yovimpa Point Trail is both wheelchair-accessible and stroller-friendly!
Route Description for Yovimpa Point
The Yovimpa Point Trail is a short out-and-back hike to an exceptional viewpoint overlooking the hoodoos of Bryce Canyon National Park. This trail does get hot in the summer months, so be sure to wear sunscreen, a good sunhat, and bring along a water bottle. The Yovimpa Point Trail is a fantastic route for hikers of all abilities and ages. With a paved path, this trail is accessible via wheelchair or with a stroller. Pets are also welcome along the Yovimpa Point Trail but must be kept on leash at all times. Please be respectful of other visitors and clean up after your dog. From the trailhead, follow the paved path south across the Riggs Spring Trailhead to the viewpoint at Yovimpa Point. Take a moment at the viewpoint to appreciate the beauty and wonder of the Utah wilderness before turning around and retracing your footsteps back to the trailhead where you began.Getting to the Yovimpa Point Trailhead
