Route Description for St Neot Two Valleys Circular Walk
If you are after a scenic walking route in Cornwall that features a variety of terrain types and a good amount of elevation gain, but still isn’t too difficult, then you will certainly want to give the St Neot Two Valleys Circular Walk a try.
Setting out from the quaint village of St Neot that sits nestled into the valley floor alongside the River Loveny, you will make your way to the north and climb up the hillside, cutting across the picturesque Cornish farmland as the route bends to the northeast. Eventually, you will male your way to the southeast, where you will arrive at the edge of Carpuan Wood.
Making your way into the forest, you will head further downhill to meet up with the banks of a small stream. Following it to the southeast, take some time to appreciate the relaxing woodland setting, before eventually arriving at the edge of a road. Crossing over to the opposite side, you will pick up another footpath that will take you down to the forested banks of the River Fowey, before turning to the west on the return to the car park where you started your adventure.
