Route Description for Roadford Lake Park Circular Walk
The Roadford Lake Park Circular Walk is a popular route for campers in the area, but also for walkers that are after a leisurely stroll with charming lakeside views. Setting out from the car park, you will make your way to the northeast and pass by the Lakeside Cafe before entering into the cover of the forest. Keep left along the edge of the lake for some beautifully scenic views across the water. Eventually, the trail will turn to the east and loop through the wonderfully atmospheric woodland landscape, bringing you back to the car park where you began your adventure.
Getting to the Roadford Lake Park Circular Walk Trailhead
To reach the trailhead for the Roadford Lake Park Circular Walk from Lifton, head east on Fore Street for 0.1mi and continue onto New Road for 0.4mi. Keep straight on Station Road for another 1.2mi and turn left. Follow the Road for 3.8mi and turn right to enter the car park.Route Information
