Route Description for Hubbard Canyon Trail #704
For those outdoor enthusiasts in Colorado that want to disconnect from the outside world for a few hours while strolling through a tranquil setting, the Hubbard Canyon Trail #704 is a great option to do so. Featuring only a small elevation gain and rugged changes in terrain underfoot, this is a great little adventure where you will be able to enjoy some solitude.
Setting out from the trailhead, you will make your way to the north along a path that follows closely to the edge of Hubbard Creek. Here, you will be able to relax in the lovely woodland setting while taking in the sound of the bubbling creek beside you.
As you work your way through the canyon, you will need to traverse several small rock falls; however, these will only provide a minor challenge and you will soon be on your way. After arriving at the point where Hubbard Creek and Willow Creek join, head to the left and continue along the path for a short distance, where you will soon come to the endpoint of the route.
