The Morris Reservoir and Terrace Trail Loop is a fantastic place to spend an afternoon with the whole family. This trail is popular and shared by runners, dog-walkers, hikers, and cyclists. The Morris Reservoir and Terrace Trail Loop offers fantastic views of the city and a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown Salt Lake. This trail is relatively flat and very well maintained, so it’s a great destination for hikers of all abilities and kids of all ages.
From the trailhead, follow the path as it forms a figure-eight style loop past the reservoir and around the park to land you back at the trailhead.
