Route Description for Little Green Valley Trail
Featuring a short - and at times steep - trail through the forest and beautiful views of the surrounding landscape, the Little Green Valley Trail is a great little adventure in the San Bernardino National Forest. It can be a bit tricky to navigate at times due to intersecting paths, but it is still a fun adventure worth undertaking.
Setting out from the trailhead, you will make your way to the northwest through the tree cover and begin climbing uphill. Eventually, the terrain will steepen and you will need to navigate a series of switchbacks to gain more elevation along the trail on the way to the endpoint.
Take some time to appreciate the views of the beautiful Southern California landscape, before heading back downhill. Just after the switchbacks, follow the path to the right for an alternate route back to the trailhead where you started.
