Wander along the shoreline of the shimmering reservoir and enjoy the scene of the lush vegetation along the Pine Lake Loop Hike. This short and scenic trail wanders around the perimeter of the shimmering lake bound by towering trees and lush vegetation. Located within the urban setting, this pocket of wilderness attracts plenty of weekend explorers, so come prepared to share the path!

Setting out from the trailhead, the Pine Lake Loop follows the leftmost trail, wandering west through the lush meadowlands bound by towering oaks and eucalyptus trees. Eventually, the path will reach Pine Lake, keep left and begin your walk along the shoreline. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the playful ducks putting around the water. Soon the path will redirect you east, along Trocadero Drive.

At the next junction, take the leftmost path, tracking east again through the greenspace past the dog park and ultimately back to the trailhead—marking the end of your adventure.
