From here, the Ruedi Overlook Trail will guide hikers through ponderosa pine forests along several switchbacks. Carefully navigate the winding path and mind your footing on the rocky terrain. Soon you will meet the reservoir overlook that exposes vast vistas of the shimmering waters bounded by dense woodlands and rolling mountains. After reveling in the views continue up the trail to the Fryingpan Overlook.
