    The Mount Baldy via Bentley’s Dream Hike is a fun adventure in the Angeles National Forest of California that explores the rugged terrain around the Mount Baldy Resort. While out on the trail, you will climb uphill through the mountainous landscape along Baldy Road to reach the Mount Baldy Notch, where you will have beautiful views of the surrounding area. Be sure to pop into the Top of the Notch restaurant at the top of the trail for a quick mid-hike snack.

    Route Description for Mount Baldy via Bentley’s Dream Hike

    If you are after a laidback trail that will still allow you to experience the natural beauty of the San Gabriel Mountains, then the Mount Baldy via Bentley’s Dream Hike will be the perfect route to explore and take in the beautiful sights.

    The trail will lead you from the edge of Mount Baldy Road to the northwest, where you will be able to stop at a scenic viewpoint overlooking the San Antonio Falls.From there, you will follow along Baldy Road as it turns to the northeast and gains some elevation along the mountainside.

    Following the winding mountain road, you will eventually arrive at The Top of the Notch Restaurant, which is a great place for some mid-hike refreshments. After taking in the views, simply head back along the same route to return to the trailhead where you started.

    The trailhead for the Mount Baldy via Bentley’s Dream Hike can be found along Mount Baldy Road, just 0.5 km southwest of the Mount Baldy Resort ski lifts.
