Nethy Bridge Circular Walk
The Nethy Bridge Circular Walk is a nice family-friendly adventure in Cairngorms National Park that offers some pleasant views across the River Nethy. While out walking the trail, you will utilize roads and pathways on either side of the river, as you loop around the charming village and take in the surrounding scenery. This is a fun route that is perfectly suitable for walkers of all ages and skill levels.

Route Description for Nethy Bridge Circular Walk
You can’t always be setting out on some grand adventure into the mountains of Cairngorms National Park, so for those times when you are looking for a walking route that is a little more relaxed, why not explore the riverside walkways of the Nethy Bridge Circular Walk.
Setting out from the trailhead on Dell Road, you will make your way along the northeast alongside the river and follow the road as it bends left, before breaking off to the right to enter into the cover of the forest. Here, you will continue west along the winding banks of the river and relax in the peaceful forest atmosphere, before arriving at Nethy Bridge.
After crossing over the bridge and passing by the Nethy House Cafe, turn right along C1124 and follow it to the southeast, where you will once again walk parallel to the river, albeit in a more urban setting than the opposite bank. After arriving at the southeast corner of the trail, cross over the bridge and follow the road back to the trailhead where you began.
