Route Description for Ewelme Circular
The Ewelme Circular walk is an excellent loop for families seeking a countryside adventure! Setting out from the car park, take a sharp right by crossing the street and following Parson’s Road to the church. After about 200 m, you’ll take another quick right to merge with the Chiltern Way, a signed footpath. The start of your loop will take you through a pig field! Continue to follow signs for Chiltern Way before reaching a signed bridleway on your right. Do note that the sign is slightly hidden, so keep an eye for it around the 2.0 km mark. After turning right, keep straight, passing through one crossroad. At the next crossroad, take a right to follow the blue-marked bridleway until you reach a T-junction (notice the barns in front of you) and head right. When you reach the end of the track, take the signposted footpath that takes you between two hedgerows. Continue straight, and turn right at the end of the field to head in the direction of the elementary school and your car! Follow the path until you reach the read and take a right on Burrows Hill to go back to the car park.
After you walk, spend some time exploring the lovely village of Ewelme!
