Featuring some challenging terrain and absolutely stunning views along the coast of Cornwall, the Polperro to Lansallos Circular Walk will be sure to leave you short of breath in more ways than one. Don’t forget to pop into the Blue Peter Inn next to the trailhead for some pre/post-walk refreshments.

Setting out from the trailhead along Quay Road in Polperro, you will make your way south past Polperro Beach in order to pick up the South West Coast Path. Following the trail as it bends to the west, you will enjoy breathtaking views looking out onto the English Channel, as you navigate the sometimes treacherous terrain of the coast on the way to Lansallos Beach on Lantivet Bay.

After taking in the scenic views at this charming seaside locale, you will climb uphill to the northeast and pass by the Church of St Ildierna in Lansallos, before following the road leading east. Continuing along the road, you will eventually make your way through the historic streets of Polperro, enjoying the views looking out onto the harbour as you make your way back to the trailhead where you started.
