Route Description for Texas Springs Trail
Although the Texas Springs Trail would not be considered a challenging route by most, it is within the desert environment of Death Valley National Park, and so it is important that you prepare yourself for the conditions. Make sure you bring lots of water, and that you wear both sunscreen and a hat to help protect you from the effects of the sun.
Having arrived at the trailhead, simply follow Death Valley National Park Trail as it makes its way east from the Texas Springs Campground. The trail itself is incredibly straightforward. After the trail brings you to a plateau where nice views can be enjoyed, simply backtrack your steps towards the trailhead.
