Pipe Creek Vista Hike
The hike to Pipe Creek Vista from near the Grand Canyon Village provides an easy chance to stretch your legs while enjoying a constant Grand Canyon view. This route is easy, mostly flat, and simple to navigate. You can also continue a little bit further to Yaki Point if you want a longer walk and more views. There are no challenges to note with this route except the occasional patch of ice in colder weather. Expect heavy traffic.

Route Description for Pipe Creek Vista Hike
Pipe Creek Vista is a viewpoint that’s very easy to reach from the east side of Grand Canyon Village. The relaxed, mostly flat hike there is paved and simple to follow, and the views are constant. You can hike this route as a quick one as-is or you can continue a bit further to nearby Yaki Point should you want more distance and more views.
The trail is paved and inclines and declines are very gentle. This makes the route suitable for all skill levels and ages. Take care in colder weather as the trail can become snowy and icy.
From the trailhead, follow the Greenway Trail across S Entrance Road and then take a left at the 4-way junction. You’ll continue on the Greenway across the road again, then go right once you get to the Rim Trail. It’s a gorgeous stroll along this trail to Pipe Creek Vista, where you can stay as long as you like before turning back.
