Route Description for McGee Creek to Horsetail Creek Trail
Some of the bridges used to cross the many creeks along McGee Creek to Horsetail Creek Trail are in disrepair, so care should be taken when attempting the route. While many are still crossible, it is important that you are cautious as an untimely fall could result in injury.
With your vehicle parked, follow McGee Station Trail as it makes its way west. Throughout the trail, the elevation steadily inclines as you make your way across a number of creeks that flow into McGee Creek from the north and east. Ensuring you stay along the pathway, the route will deliver you to a scenic vista where nice views of Horsetail Falls can be enjoyed.
