Route Description for Juniper Lake Loop Trail

Depending on the time of year you plan on doing the Juniper Lake Loop Trail, the mosquitoes along the route can become rather prolific. We recommend bringing bug repellent and wearing both pants and long sleeves to help protect you from the pesky bugs, especially during spring!

Having parked your vehicle, follow Juniper Lake To Butte Lake Trail as it makes its way northeast. The route will continue on a steady incline as it delivers you to a junction within the trail. At the junction, stay on the Juniper Lake To Butte Lake Trail as it continues north and do the same at the upcoming junction.
