Route Description for Bee Rock Loop Hike
With a short overall distance and scenery that packs a punch, the Bee Rock loop Hike is a great route to explore if you are pressed for time but are keen on experiencing some Los Angeles views.
Setting out from the trailhead, you will make your way to the south through Griffith Park, passing by the old zoo before looping around to the northwest across the hilly terrain. Keeping left at a fork, you will push uphill along the Bee Rock Trail.
Here, the trail will turn south and bring you to the summit of the hill, where you will enjoy incredible views of the surrounding mountains and sprawling city. After taking in the views, backtrack along the trail and keep left at the fork, following the Mineral Wells Trail until you arrive back at the starting point of your adventure.
