Route Description for Ohanapecosh Hot Springs Trail
The hike to the Ohanapecosh Hot Springs is a short, easy journey suitable for young children. The trail takes you to hot springs that have been allowed to revert back to a more natural state after the development of a wellness resort in the area many years ago.
From the campground road, walk north on the highway. You can either loop from the visitor center or from Loop B of the campground.
Some hikers feel the hot springs themselves are underwhelming as an objective, so we recommend continuing a bit further down to Silver Falls for a 5.6 km hike.
Getting to the Ohanapecosh Hot Springs Trail Trailhead
The trailhead for the Ohanapecosh Hot Springs hike is on Highway 123 at the intersection with the main campground road.
