Route Description for Latchmoor Brook Walk
The Latchmoor Brook Walk winds along a non-technical path through a lovely forest setting. This is a great kid-friendly walk! Setting out from the car park, with your back facing Abbots Well Road, you’ll go towards the right edge of the parking lot and take that path, followed by an immediate left. Stay on the same path, and one you immerse in a more woodland setting, you’ll reach a network of paths going in three directions. Take the path going right before quickly veering left. Go straight for about 900m before taking another left to head towards the Amberwood Inclosure. Continue looping around to make your way toward the Alderhill Inclosure. Shortly after this, you’ll walk out of the circuit portion of this walk to follow the same path back to your car, forming a lollipop route.
Getting to the Latchmoor Brook Walk Trailhead
To get to the start of the Latchmoor Brook Walk, head to Fordingbridge and go to Abbots Well Road, and you’ll see a dirt parking area on your right.
