If you are after a relaxing adventure that features well-maintained city walkways and beautiful views across the surface of Lough Neagh, then you will certainly want to check out the Mill Race Trail and Antrim Circular Walk.
Setting out from the trailhead, you will make your way to the southeast through the heart of Antrim by following along the banks of Six Mile Water, eventually leaving the town behind as you make your way across the open countryside.
After reaching the shores of Lough Neagh, you will turn to the north and follow the water’s edge, until you arrive at the mouth of Six Mile Water. Here, you will head east and once again follow the banks of the river, as they lead you through the town of Antrim to return to the starting point of your walk.
