Route Description for Bermuda Triangle and Upper Twin Lake Loop Trail

The Bermuda Triangle and Upper Twin Lake Loop Trail is a fairly short adventure that can be enjoyed by children, novice hikers, and those not acclimated yet to the altitude. Easy going with a few steep spurts, this trek is manageable for most. A diversion from the typical Sawatch Mountain Range summit treks, this path presents a tranquil environment and the opportunity for a relaxing adventure. Embark on your journey along the Bermuda Triangle and Upper Twin Lake Loop Trail from the Willis Gulch Trailhead. From here, take the Bermuda Triangle Trail east which will immediately guide you beneath the timberline. Soon, you will confront a junction and keep right to be diverted along the Bermuda Triangle Trail South. Enjoy the tree shade of the vibrant aspens as you climb through the wilderness. Keep left at the next intersection to continue hiking north along Colorado Trail Collegiate West 01. The Colorado Trail Collegiate West 01 will guide hikers along a gurgling stream as it descends towards the Twin Lakes. Soon you will encounter yet another fork in the road. Keep left here and track the Bermuda Triangle Trail all the way back to the trailhead.
