Route Description for McKinley Grove of Giant Sequoias Trail
The McKinley Grove of Giant Sequoias Trail is a scenic nature walk that the whole family can enjoy. This route is accessible by wheelchairs and strollers alike. This path is a great adventure, ideal for photo ops and sightseeing. Wander amongst the towering sequoias and over a gurgling creek. Note the path is shaded, so be sure to dress in layers.
Setting out from the trailhead, the McKinley Grove of Giant Sequoias Trail enters the grove. Here you will reach an intersection, where you can choose to loop through the grove in either direction. No matter the way you complete the circuit, the old-growth sequoias will astound you with their beauty and grandeur.
Soon you will complete the loop, ending at the trailhead. Make sure you take a few photos of the impressive trees before heading out!
