Upon arrival in Winnipeg, check into your hotel. In the evening, meet your guide for a welcome briefing, where you'll have the chance to ask questions and learn about the upcoming adventures.
After breakfast, travel to the private terminal for your flight to Churchill, which takes approximately 2.5 hours. Upon arrival, enjoy a tour of Churchill and its surrounding areas, including a brief stop at Manitoba Conservation’s Polar Bear Holding Facility for taking photos. After lunch at a local restaurant, visit the Polar Bear International House and learn about polar bears, climate change, and more. Next stop is Parks Canada Visitor Centre for an introduction to Churchill's history, including its role in the fur trade and wildlife. The day ends with a group dinner.
After breakfast, head to the Tundra Buggy Dock for a full-day adventure in the Tundra Buggy. As you journey through the tundra, your expert guide will provide insights into the local flora and fauna. You'll have the chance to spot polar bears and other Arctic wildlife.
Today is all about northern culture. First excursion of the day is a dog sledding experience with a local musher. After lunch you will visit the Itsanitaq Museum, which showcases art and artifacts from indigenous culture. After your activities, enjoy free time to explore local shops and restaurants.
On the last day in Churchill, enjoy another exciting full-day Tundra Buggy adventure in the Churchill Wildlife Management Area. After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to the Tundra Buggy Dock for one last opportunity to explore the tundra and search for polar bears and other wildlife. The day is filled with amazing wildlife encounters and fantastic photography opportunities. After this memorable day on the tundra, you’ll head back to Churchill for your return flight to Winnipeg. Once in Winnipeg, you’ll check into your hotel and have the rest of the evening free to relax.
On the final day of your adventure, you have the freedom to depart Winnipeg at your leisure.
