Welcome to Cariboos Lodge!
Depart from Calgary or Banff, journeying along the iconic Icefields Parkway with an interpretive guide sharing the rich history and geography of the route. Upon arrival at the helipad, take a scenic helicopter transfer to Cariboos Lodge.
After getting acquainted with the lodge and receiving any necessary gear, enjoy your first hike (time permitting) following a safety briefing. Return to the lodge for après-adventure refreshments, a soak in the hot tub, or a relaxing massage. End the day with a gourmet family-style dinner, joined by the lodge staff.
Exploration Days
You can choose the length of your heli-hiking tour, from 4 to 9 days total. Each day you will start your day with an energizing warm-up class, followed by a hearty breakfast to fuel your adventure. After packing your lunch, choose your preferred activity for the day, either a scenic hike or an exciting via ferrata experience.
