Setting out from the car park in the heart of Chipping Norton, follow the route through town to the northwest, where you will climb gently uphill to reach the earthwork remains of a castle. From here, make your way to the northeast through lovely fields and stretches of woodland terrain to arrive in the village of Over Norton. After passing through the village and climbing uphill to the east, you will make your way to the southwest across the open countryside before meeting up with the road and following it back into Chipping Norton where you began.
