Route Description for Newington Bagpath Walk
The Newington Bagpath Walk is a circular route through the countryside from Newington Bagpath. This walk travels through some beautiful woods and lush fields that tend to get muddy and can be slippery in steep sections. There are areas that dogs are required to be on a lead, particularly near livestock.
Please note the woods are undergoing some construction as they are culling some trees, some of the route can be temporarily disrupted or re-routed as this work is being done.

Getting to the Newington Bagpath Walk Trailhead
To get to the Newington Bagpath Walk trailhead you’ll drive to Newington Bagpath which is located on Bowldown road between the A4135 and A46. Park in the village and follow the road West towards St Bartholomew Parish. The walk begins just beyond the church.Route Information
