The Upper Langridge Circular is a nice walk through the woods and countryside of Somerset, near Bath. You’ll circle the historic 1643 battlefield of the Battle of Lansdown and walk towards the Cotswolds village of Lansdown and Langridge. You’ll enjoy the peaceful scenery as you journey along fields and woods in this beautiful area.

The Upper Langridge Circular walk in Somerset is a beautiful walk through the Cotswolds AONB near Bath. You can leave the bustling town of Bath behind and go for an easy walk to discover the beautiful countryside.
This walk circles a historic battlefield, and you can stop to visit Sir Bevil Grenville’s monument along the route. Enjoy the stunning pastoral views as you walk through the rolling fields and meadows. Parts of the trail can be quite muddy, so be prepared with appropriate footwear!

Getting to the Upper Langridge Circular Walk Trailhead
To get to the Upper Langridge Circular Walk you’ll take Lansdown Road from Bath. You can find parking just before Cotswold Way or at the Sir Bevil Grenville’s Monument. The walk begins on the Cotswolds Way off of Lansdown Road.
