The East Bush Falls Loop is a quiet loop along a multi-use trail that leads to a quaint waterfall. The path is wide and easy to follow with rolling elevation gain. It’s manageable for families with children, and dogs are welcome along this great trail right in town.
Route Description for East Bush Falls
East Bush Falls trailhead is across the street and south from the Museum. There will be signs to begin this trail leading into the woods. From Stuart Street, start hiking towards the CNR trail for 400 m before reaching a junction. Stay on the main trail and complete the loop in a counterclockwise direction. You will come to the falls 2.0 km from the trailhead in the middle of the loop. Continue, enjoying the quiet forest before making it back to the trailhead.
Getting to the East Bush Falls Trailhead
To get to the East Bush Falls Loop, find your way to the Nordegg Museum on Stuart Street in Nordegg, Alberta. Park there, and you will find the trailhead nearby.
