If something indeed wasn’t as described, or went wrong with your trip, and the problem was within the control of either oursleves, the guide or the tour company, we will then work out a refund with you that’s proportional to the scale of the problem.
Obviously the best way to make a great trip is to tell your local guide or tour operator and give them the chance to fix the solution while you are on your trip. Most things can be solved by telling your guide when the issue develops. If that doesn’t solve it, then email us right away. Please don’t wait to voice your concerns until the trip is over, as it’s much harder to solve issues after the fact.

Strehla to Torgau

Enjoy the countryside atmosphere as you pass many quaint riverside villages. Make a stop in Belgern to see the curious Roland statue and then continue to Torgau, a scenic Renaissance town where you can visit Hartenfels Castle.

Torgau to Lutherstadt Wittenberg
Overnight Location - Hotel in Wittenberg | Distance - 68km | Meals - Breakfast
Following the river, reach Pretzsch and cross the Elbe River by ferry to cycle on the other side. Soon you'll reach Lutherstadt Wittenberg where Martin Luther began Germany's Reformation movement.
If today's ride of 68km is too long, you can overnight in Pretzsch and ride to Wittenberg the following day.

Wittenberg to Bad Belzig

What do the rental bikes come with?
All rental bicycles are supplied with the following accessories: one cable lock with key and one waterproof pannier per bicycle, one map holder and complete tool kit per room (tool kit: inner tube, pump, puncture repair kit, tire levers, cleaning cloth, allen key). Speedometers can be rented for 5 EUR per day.
Where do I pick up/drop off the rental bike?
The rental bikes will be delivered to your hotel at 8 am on Day 1. The bike will be picked up from the last hotel when the tour finishes.
Can I bring my own bike?
Yes. If you bring your own bike, it should be a road bike suitable for the demands of the tour.
