Night 1-3
Hotel in Olympos
Enjoy a comfortable stay in Olympos, although you won’t want to spend much time inside when the beach is so close by.
Soak up Turkey’s picture-perfect Lycian Coast by water and by land
The Lycian Coast of Turkey is an absolute paradise, with ancient ruin sites settled right next to the bright blue Mediterranean. The best way to explore this fantastic region isn’t just by sea or by foot- it’s both! The Lycian Coast Hiking and Sea Tour is the perfect way to experience Turkey’s coastline, with snorkelling, kayaking, swimming, hiking, and relaxing on the beach all waiting for you.
Hike through fragrant pomegranate orchards, to historic sites, and to places where the earth literally spits fire. Kayak through peaceful ocean coves, leaping off to snorkel over sunken cities below the shimmering surface. Relax on Turkey’s perfect beaches, soaking up the laidback atmosphere of small fishing villages. Take boat rides, whizzing over the crystalline ocean. The Lycian Coast Hiking and Sea Tour is the best of Turkey’s land and sea and an unmissable adventure!
The tour starts without missing a beat with a transfer to Olympos Beach, a coastal part of a national park. This is where a local group of sea turtles like to lay their eggs.
Check in, freshen up, and enjoy a swim and a welcome dinner.
Olympos and the surrounding area have plenty to see, so get to it this morning! You’ll hike through blooming wildflower fields, pomegranate orchards, very old graveyards, and the city itself.
Once you’ve got your steps in, dip into the cool Mediterranean.
Get a little bit of activity and a whole lot of relaxation today. You’ll start with a hike to Ulupinar Village, where there’s a trout farm built on an icy spring. After lunch, you’ll hit the beach to relax.
After you’re sufficiently sunned, you’ll take a short hike to the “fire breathing monster” (Chiamera), an area known for constantly burning fires likely caused by methane gases (but the legend of the monster is way more fun).
Enjoy breakfast and don your swimmies! You’ll start today in Ucagiz, a perfect base for exploring the lovely Kekova Sound and the sunken Kekova Island, which you’ll paddle around. You’ll take a short hike to a snorkelling spot over the ruins of Aperlai, where temples, pottery, and columns can be seen underwater.
Once you’re dried off, you’ll be driven to Kas for the evening.
Don’t misinterpret the sleepy vibe of this seaside town- there’s so much to do! You’ve got a free day to enjoy Kas as you please. Some optional excursions and activities are available for additional fees, including coasteering, mountain biking, scuba diving, ancient site tours, and paragliding.
After breakfast, you’ll say goodbye to Kas and board a private boat bound for the Agalimani Cove. Here, enjoy swimming in the perfect blue sea. Next, you’ll take a hike (optional) through a pine forest with great ocean views. Find yourself at the underwater bath where Mark Antony is said to have seduced Cleopatra. Finally, stop in at the ancient necropolis of Telmessus.
You’ll head to pretty Dalyan for the evening.
Your last full day on the tour won’t disappoint. Begin with a fishing boat ride to Iztuzu Beach, part of a natural delta where sea turtles lay their eggs. Explore the delta, perhaps snacking on some blue crabs in one of the local restaurants.
Next, you’ll take a quick hike to the impressive ruins of Caunus. You’ll end the day with a lovely goodbye dinner with 5th-century rock tombs within sight.
You won’t want to leave Turkey just yet! Book an extension to keep exploring or transfer to the airport to depart.

I’ve been using 10Adventures route guides for a while, but had never booked a tour. My wife and I booked a self-guided hike in Greece and were so impressed with how we were able navigate the route without a guide with the detailed and easy to follow itinerary. We enjoy travelling independently, and 10Adventures made that happen.

I’ve adventured around a lot of Canada and the US, but I’ve always wanted to explore other parts of the world. I felt a bit scared before booking my trip to Israel, but my conversations with the team at 10Adventures helped ease any worry. I can’t wait to explore more of the world!

Travel companies have had to go through a lot during the pandemic but 10Adventures were super flexible and accommodating nonetheless. I had to cancel my tour in France due to the pandemic. 10Adventures was great and let me reschedule for a later date!

My wife Sarah and I had a great experience booking our 7-day cycling trip through Portugal via 10Adventures. The communication between us and Nadine leading up the trip was top-notch!

Communicating with 10Adventures feels like talking with a family-run business. I love to explore and travel, and exploring with the comfort of knowing I can talk to the team at 10Adventures with almost immediate feedback helps to ease any stress that comes with adventuring!

Whenever I’m looking for my next adventure 10Adventures never fails. Their routes all over England are my main go to for exploring and I have only had great experiences booking both guided and self-guided trips in Europe and South America with them. I am looking into Africa next.

I just got back from backpacking in the Sierra Nevada, and WOW. What an unreal journey! The alpine meadows, waterfalls, and the lakeside camping spot were memorable highlights! I wonder what other tours 10Adventures has to offer. That one went so well that I am now convinced I need to book another!

I'm not a big fan of traveling because of my fear of flying, but my girlfriend convinced me to go on the Aurora Borealis Tour in the Yukon. I will never forget the mesmerizing northern lights. Such a romantic (and cold) getaway. I would highly recommend it.

Wow! I am so happy with the experience I had with booking through 10Adventures for my tour in Italy! I worked with Nadine and she was super easy-going and helpful when it came to tweaking the itinerary provided on the website. 10/10 would book through 10Adventures again.
