Perito Moreno Glacier Hike
The Perito Moreno Glacier Hike is a breathtaking adventure in Los Glaciares National Park, Argentina that will take you to a number of stunning viewpoints overlooking a glacier. While out on the trail, you will navigate a series of paths and boardwalks near the waters of the Canal de los Témpanos, taking in the magical views that look out onto the icy expanse of the large glacier. Paths here are well-maintained and easy to follow, making them suitable for all ages and skill levels.
Laguna Capri Hike
The Laguna Capri Hike is a spectacular adventure in Los Glaciares National Park that will make you work for the views, but will provide them in spades. While out hiking this trail, you will leave behind El Chaltén and climb up a steep path to eventually arrive at the serene shores of Laguna Capri. Once there, hikers will be inundated with incredible views that stretch out across the water to include the impressive mountain peaks of Cerro Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre.
Laguna Torre Hike
Featuring some incredible mountain scenery, the Laguna Torre Hike is a spectacular adventure that should not be missed when visiting Los Glaciares National Park. While out on the trail, you will climb uphill through rugged terrain, eventually arriving at the shores of Laguna Torre to soak up unreal views of jagged peaks and frigid glaciers. This is a bit of a longer adventure at 18.3 km, but the unforgettable views are absolutely worth the effort.
Laguna de los Tres and Laguna Capri Hike
The Laguna de los Tres and Laguna Capri Hike is a wonderfully scenic adventure in Los Glaciares National Park that will take you up to a pristine glacial lake. While out on the trail you will climb uphill through mountainous terrain, passing by the serene shores of Laguna Capri before pushing further into the mountains to reach Laguna de los Tres. This is a challenging hike with a fairly long overall distance, so make sure to arrive prepared!
Laguna Torre and Cerro Torre Viewpoint Hike
The Laguna Torre and Cerro Torre Viewpoint Hike is a breathtaking adventure in Los Glaciares National Park that will produce some epic views of the iconic Cerro Torre. While out hiking the trail you will work your way uphill alongside the winding banks of the Río Fitz Roy, before arriving at the shores of the Lake and enjoying the views of the surrounding mountain peaks. Hikers should take note that this trail is not overly difficult; however, the overall distance of the trail can make it a bit more on the challenging side.
Laguna de los Tres and Cerro Madsen Hike
The Laguna de los Tres and Cerro Madsen Hike is a beautifully scenic - albeit very challenging - adventure in Los Glaciares National Park that features stunning mountain views. While out on the trail, you will climb uphill past the shores of Laguna Capri and Laguna de los Tres, before scaling the slopes of Cerro Madsen for a “top of the world” feeling. This hike features a large amount of elevation gain, so make sure that you arrive prepared and are physically able to undertake such a tough journey.
