Hotel in Split
This beautiful coastal city offers convenient accommodation in the heart of the action.
Take an amazing mountain biking holiday in the beautiful Dalmatian Islands.
Take your vacation beyond the beaches of Croatia on this amazing mountain biking holiday. The Croatian Islands Mountain Biking Tour is an incredible itinerary that explores the trails on the beautiful islands south of Split.
This mountain biking adventure takes you on a tour of the gravel trails along the coast and through the rugged hills of the Dalmatian Islands. Explore each island and discover the charming coastal villages and the stunning beaches that are hidden around every bend. Enjoy the incredible finale of this tour as you take a bike tour through the streets of medieval Dubrovnik. With its exciting trails, beautiful beaches, and stunning views, this is sure to be a biking holiday you’ll never forget!
Before you set out on your bike, you’ll have a short orientation meeting in Split. After, you can jump in the saddle and explore the city. Take a ride to the hillside Marjan Park and then cycle through the historic district of Old Town.
Tonight, you can enjoy a fresh fish dinner in one of the many fantastic restaurants in the city.
Today you’ll leave the mainland and start island hopping! Take the ferry to Supetar on Brač Island, where today’s stage of cycling begins. Follow the gravel roads that travel the east side of the island, where you’ll find the beautiful coastal village of Postira. You’ll then cycle across the island through the hillside villages of Pražnica and Humac to your accommodations in Bol.
After breakfast, you’ll take a short transfer to Prodole, or if you’re feeling extra energetic you can cycle there. After thoroughly exploring the east side of the island yesterday, today you’ll be following the west coast.
Your route to Milna goes through Visoki Dolac and Smrka, but the true highlight will be an exciting ascent through the Pustinja Blaca Canyon on a single track trail.
Take a catamaran transfer to Hvar island this morning. Hvar town is an ancient and beautiful city you’ll want to explore, but first, you have a circuit ride of the western coast to complete! Ride out of the stunning harbour towards Brusje, known for its many lavender fields. Your ride will take you over limestone ridges that offer stunning views of the sea and the orchards and vineyards that cover the island.
Ride through the villages of Velo Grablje, Moča, Polijica, and Sveta Nedelja before you return to Hvar.
Today you’ve got two options: either explore Hvar island or opt-out for an optional biking day to Vis Island (for an extra charge). If you choose to book an excursion to Vis Island, your day goes as follows: after breakfast, a private boat will take you on a day trip to Vis Island. You’ll explore the island in a big scenic loop that takes you to Komiža and back along the southern coast. The boat transfer depends on weather conditions, and this option might not be possible if the sea is too rough. However, those staying in Hvar island will enjoy the 4 to 5-hour ride through several local towns (Milna, Grablje, Masilnica, Stari grad, Vrboska, Jelsa, and others) and exploring the beautiful bays of the island.
This morning you have another beautiful catamaran ride ahead of you as you transfer to Korčula. Once there, you’ll spend the day cycling the hilly island and enjoying the views of the coastal villages as your ride through the villages of Babina, Čara, Zavalatica, Pupnat, and Lubarda. End your day with a swim in one of the beautiful coves or watch the sunset from a terrace in Korčula.
Today a transfer will bring you to the port in Dominče where you’ll take the ferry to Orebič. Enjoy a beautiful ride through the foothills and villages along the coast. When you arrive in Ston, you’ll meet your transfer which will take you to Dubrovnik. Spend the evening exploring this stunning medieval town or take an optional walking tour.
You’ll have time this morning to explore Dubrovnik on foot, or you can take a ride through Old Town to admire the beautiful stone architecture. Now it’s time to return your bike if you rented one, and your tour is complete. You can choose to book a transfer to the Dubrovnik airport or back to Split.

I’ve been using 10Adventures route guides for a while, but had never booked a tour. My wife and I booked a self-guided hike in Greece and were so impressed with how we were able navigate the route without a guide with the detailed and easy to follow itinerary. We enjoy travelling independently, and 10Adventures made that happen.

I’ve adventured around a lot of Canada and the US, but I’ve always wanted to explore other parts of the world. I felt a bit scared before booking my trip to Israel, but my conversations with the team at 10Adventures helped ease any worry. I can’t wait to explore more of the world!

Travel companies have had to go through a lot during the pandemic but 10Adventures were super flexible and accommodating nonetheless. I had to cancel my tour in France due to the pandemic. 10Adventures was great and let me reschedule for a later date!

My wife Sarah and I had a great experience booking our 7-day cycling trip through Portugal via 10Adventures. The communication between us and Nadine leading up the trip was top-notch!

Communicating with 10Adventures feels like talking with a family-run business. I love to explore and travel, and exploring with the comfort of knowing I can talk to the team at 10Adventures with almost immediate feedback helps to ease any stress that comes with adventuring!

Whenever I’m looking for my next adventure 10Adventures never fails. Their routes all over England are my main go to for exploring and I have only had great experiences booking both guided and self-guided trips in Europe and South America with them. I am looking into Africa next.

I just got back from backpacking in the Sierra Nevada, and WOW. What an unreal journey! The alpine meadows, waterfalls, and the lakeside camping spot were memorable highlights! I wonder what other tours 10Adventures has to offer. That one went so well that I am now convinced I need to book another!

I'm not a big fan of traveling because of my fear of flying, but my girlfriend convinced me to go on the Aurora Borealis Tour in the Yukon. I will never forget the mesmerizing northern lights. Such a romantic (and cold) getaway. I would highly recommend it.

Wow! I am so happy with the experience I had with booking through 10Adventures for my tour in Italy! I worked with Nadine and she was super easy-going and helpful when it came to tweaking the itinerary provided on the website. 10/10 would book through 10Adventures again.
