Enjoy a scrumptious dinner and a relaxing night at your hotel in the evening.
Wake up early and transfer to the New Delhi railway station for your train to Haridwar, where you’ll enjoy breakfast. Upon arrival, meet a tour representative and begin your drive to Joshimath. Admire the four confluences on the Holy River Ganga en route. Check into your hotel once you reach Joshimath, which is where you’ll meet your trekking crew. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure in this mountainous town.
After an early breakfast, drive to Govindghat for the start of your tour. Today you will hike to Ghangaria, practically a wonderland. It’s also the base village for the Valley of Flowers! Spend your first night at either a camp or a lodge.
Get ready for enchanting views today! Meander through landscapes painted in green hues and admire the exotic, vibrant flora dotting the land as you enter the Valley of Flowers National Park. Spend the night at Tipra Kharak Camping Grounds.
Today’s hike has you traversing challenging, technical terrain. Expect to walk across moraine as you embark on a gradual climb to your campsite.

Embark on a 6 km ascent after munching on breakfast. Eventually, the scenery will unfold into Ghansali Village. This quaint village offers plenty of character. Admire the slate roofing atop the old houses! You’ll spend the last night of your paranormal trek adventure in Malari Village, a small town cradled by towering peaks, near the Tibet border.
Enjoy breakfast before driving back along the scenic route to Joshimath. Watch how the stark green scenery dissolves into rocky formations jetting high into the sky. Be on the lookout for wildlife- mountain goats, musk deers, Himalayan tahrs, and even snow leopards dot the area. Snow leopards are tough to spot, but you never know, it may just be your lucky day!
Get ready for a long drive to Haridwar, an ancient pilgrimage site. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and get ready for a cultural experience at an aarti—a religious ritual—at Har Ki Pauri. Eat a fulfilling dinner before relaxing at your hotel.
Eat breakfast before checking out of your hotel and touring the sights of Haridwar. Begin by visiting the largest Ashram in town: Shantikunj. Afterward, take a 5-minute cable car ride to Mansa Devi Temple and admire the views of Haridwar below. End your tour with a stop at Gita Kutir in the afternoon, an Ashram that serves 400-500 people a day. Eventually, you’ll make your way to the railway station for your 6:15 pm train ride to Delhi, where you’ll have dinner. Once you arrive in Delhi, close to 11 pm, you’ll transfer to your hotel for the night.
Before you head to the international airport in the evening, enjoy a half-day tour around New Delhi. I’ve been using 10A route guides for a while, but had never booked a tour. My wife and I booked a self-guided hike in Greece and were so impressed with how we were able navigate the route without a guide with the detailed and easy to follow itinerary. We enjoy travelling independently, and 10A made that happen.

I’ve adventured around a lot of Canada and the US, but I’ve always wanted to explore other parts of the world. I felt a bit scared before booking my trip to Israel, but my conversations with the team at 10Adventures helped ease any worry. I can’t wait to explore more of the world!

Travel companies have had to go through a lot during the pandemic but 10Adventures were super flexible and accommodating nonetheless. I had to cancel my tour in France due to the pandemic. 10Adventures was great and let me reschedule for a later date!

Whenever I’m looking for my next adventure 10Adventures never fails. Their routes all over England are my main go to for exploring and I have only had great experiences booking both guided and self-guided trips in Europe and South America with them. I am looking into Africa next.

I just got back from backpacking in the Sierra Nevada, and WOW. What an unreal journey! The alpine meadows, waterfalls, and the lakeside camping spot were memorable highlights! I wonder what other tours 10Adventures has to offer. That one went so well that I am now convinced I need to book another!

I'm not a big fan of traveling because of my fear of flying, but my girlfriend convinced me to go on the Aurora Borealis Tour in the Yukon. I will never forget the mesmerizing northern lights. Such a romantic (and cold) getaway. I would highly recommend it.
