Route Description for Mousells Wood Circular
The Mousells Wood Circular sets out from Prince Albert! Walk out to the front of the pub and with your back facing the pub, go left for around 150 m before turning left. Around 230 m later, take a right. Walk along the edge of Frieth, in woodland, for about 1.0 km. Note that you’ll take this same path on your way back as this is a lollipop route! After 1km, you’ll reach the start of the loop. Continue straight towards Fingest, passing through Mousells Wood. At Fingest, head left towards Skirmett. Spend some time walking around this charming village if you’d like before going left—in the direction of your car. Eventually, you’ll meet back up with the same 1.0 km-long path you took from the parking lot. Take this path to go back to your car. Be sure to stop for a pint at Prince Albert!
