Route Description for Branscombe Undercliff Circular Walk
If you are after a short coastal adventure that features a small amount of uphill walking and breathtaking views of the English Channel, then the Branscombe Undercliff Circular Walk is sure to be a new favourite. Setting out from the car park, you will make your way east to begin the uphill climb along the upper portion of the cliffs. Take some time to appreciate the amazing views across the water, as you continue east towards Beer Head. Just before reaching the point, you will turn to the southwest and descend the hillside, making your way along the length of the beach on the return to the car park.
Getting to the Branscombe Undercliff Circular Walk Trailhead
To reach the trailhead for the Branscombe Undercliff Circular Walk from Branscombe, drive east for 0.5 km and make a slight right to continue on for 89 m. Make a right here and follow the road for 0.6 km, keeping right for another 0.2 km to arrive at the car park.
