Plymbridge Circular Walk
The Plymbridge Circular Walk is a laidback adventure in the Devon countryside that will see you traverse some lovely forest terrain. While out on the trail, you will walk along the banks of the River Plym and enjoy the peaceful woodland setting before climbing uphill and looping back through the forest on the return leg. This is a great place to bring your dog and allow them to run off-leash in the forest.

Route Description for Plymbridge Circular Walk
A popular walking route for families, dog walkers, and casual outdoor enthusiasts, the Plymbridge Circular Walk is such a charming route thanks to its picturesque riverside setting and laidback terrain. Setting out from the car park, you will head to the north to cross over the River Plym, turning right to follow its west bank through the forest. Take some time to truly appreciate the relaxing woodland setting, as you stroll along the winding banks of the river. Eventually, you will turn to the southwest and climb up the hillside, working your way over the slightly undulating terrain of the hillside on the return back to the trailhead that will once more take you across the river.
Getting to the Plymbridge Circular Walk Trailhead
To get to the trailhead for the Plymbridge Circular Walk from the Boringdon Park Golf Club in Plympton, drive northwest along Plymbridge Road for 1.4 km and turn left to enter into the car park.
