Route Description for Turner Park Trail
Turner Park Trail travels through the diverse riverside Turner Park in Fort Saskatchewan. Join the trail from the parking area, travelling in either direction. There are many trail markers and signs here. The short and easy trail is easy to follow and creates a lollipop trail with a large loop around the park. Stop and enjoy the views from the river, or book a night at the campground if you would like to stay in the area for a night. The park features playgrounds, fields, picnic areas, and firepits, so make sure you are prepared for an activity-filled day when stopping here.
Getting to the Turner Park Trail Trailhead
To get to the Turner Park Trail from Edmonton, travel northeast on AB-15 for roughly 30.0 km to Fort Saskatchewan. Take the exit for 99 Ave, staying right for 101 St. Turn left onto 101 St which will lead you directly to Turner Park.
