Route Description for Lake Josephine Trail
Lake Josephine Trail is great for hikers who are looking for a relaxing journey, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. You may even spot some wildlife on this hike! Beginning at the Many Glacier Hotel, follow the trail along the lake. At 1.7mi, you will reach the boat dock and you should turn right to continue on the trail. Along this area, you will see gorgeous views of Angel Wing, Mt. Gould and Grinnell Glacier. At the Grinnell Glacier Trail junction, keep left and continue on the trail;it will lead you back to Many Glacier Hotel.Getting to the Lake Josephine Trail Trailhead
To get to Lake Josephine Trail from Babb, head East toward US-89 South and turn right. After 5.0mi, take a right and after 0.6mi, turn left onto US-89 North. In 5.3mi, Many Glacier Hotel is on the left side where the trail begins.Route Information
