Route Description for Terrington Mowthorpe Lane Walk
If the aim of your walk is to complete a quick and easy adventure that offers wonderful views of sprawling farmland and features flat terrain that the whole family can enjoy, then you will want to explore the Terrington Mowthorpe Lane Walk in the Howardian Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Setting out from the trailhead, you will make your way south along the road and take in the lovely views of the countryside. This is not a through road, so you will not need to be too concerned with passing traffic, although there might be the occasional car. Along the route, you will pass by the village hall and a peaceful cemetery, before eventually arriving at the terminus of the route. From here, you can head back and retrace your steps into Terrington, where you can pop into the tearooms for some post-walk refreshments.
