Route Description for Seven Oaks Trail
For those adventurers who don’t mind putting in a bit of extra legwork for incredible views, the Seven Oaks Trail is a fantastic route in Southern California to explore. Featuring a constant uphill climb and wonderfully scenic views from Grand View Point, this trail is well worth the effort. Setting out from the trailhead, you will follow Radford Camp Road to the northeast as it climbs uphill through the forest. Here, you will break away from the road towards the northwest where the terrain will begin to steepen considerably. As you continue up the mountainside in a northwesterly direction, the tree cover will dissipate a bit and reveal beautiful views of the San Bernardino National Forest landscape. Eventually, you will arrive at the top of Grand View Point, where you can enjoy even more breathtaking views of the nearby forests and mountain peaks, such as San Gorgonio to the southeast. After taking in the views, simply head back down along the same trail to return to the starting point of the Seven Oaks Trail.Getting to the Seven Oaks Trail Trailhead
