The Dog Falls Walk boasts a lovely, serene setting, punctuated by a waterfall, River Affric, and a stunning view of Loch Beinn a Mheadhoin. Expect an easy-to-follow walk with minor steep sections, making this an excellent workout for the entire family.
Route Description for Dog Falls Walk
The Dog Falls Walk may be short, but this walk really packs a scenic punch. Stay well entertained with the views peering out over Loch Beinn a Mheadhoin, while River Affric provides a serene setting, and the waterfalls elevate the excitement. From the car park, walk towards the river, then go left to keep along River Affric at the junction. Continue to make your way around the loop, revelling in the fantastic scenery as you go. At just over the 2km mark, you’ll see a track going left. Follow this for a view of the loch before turning around and heading back to the loop. Here, go left to continue making your way back to the car park. This walk is marked and easy to follow, making this a fun one for everyone!Getting to the Dog Falls Walk Trailhead
