Route Description for Crawfish Lake Loop Trail
Short, sweet, and super scenic, the Crawfish Lake Loop Trail is a fantastic adventure if you are looking to relax in a pristine outdoor setting. Getting up to the trailhead can be tricky early/late in the season, so make sure to check conditions in the area prior to setting out on your hike.
From the trailhead, you can explore the lakeshore in either direction; however, we chose to walk clockwise. Following the initial path south through the forest, you will eventually arrive at the water’s edge and turn left along the trail.
Take your time here to appreciate the beautiful views of Crawfish Lake, as the trail is quite short and they won’t last very long! In no time you will arrive back at the trail junction from the beginning of your hike, at which point you will turn left and follow the path back to your vehicle.
