The Sentinel Meadows Trail is a lovely hike in Yellowstone National Park. This trail does not have the drama of active geysers or bubbling mud pots, but it does offer incredibly beautiful views of the Yellowstone landscape. The gentle inclines on this trail are doable for families with kids or lightly experienced hikers though proper hiking footwear is strongly recommended.
