Obviously the best way to make a great trip is to tell your local guide or tour operator and give them the chance to fix the solution while you are on your trip. Most things can be solved by telling your guide when the issue develops. If that doesn’t solve it, then email us right away. Please don’t wait to voice your concerns until the trip is over, as it’s much harder to solve issues after the fact.

Perito Moreno Glacier
Overnight Location - Hotel in El Calafate | Distance - None | Meals - BreakfastThis morning you’ll discover one of the most-visited sites in Argentine Patagonia, the massive icy blue Perito Moreno Glacier in Los Glaciares National Park, recognized by UNESCO for its beauty. Admire the ice mass from the surrounding walkways and then take a boat tour to get a different view of the epic glacier.

Leisure Day in El Calafate
Overnight Location - Hotel in El Calafate | Distance - None | Meals - BreakfastToday is a day at leisure to take optional tours in the El Calafate area. Try a boat trip through Lake Argentino to see some of the national park’s glaciers, explore the town, or go on a hike!

Travel to El Chaltén
Overnight Location - Hotel in El Chaltén | Distance - None | Meals - BreakfastIn the morning, hop in the van and head towards El Chaltén along the mythical Route 40. Due to its diversity of trails, its unique topography, and Mount Fitz Roy, El Chaltén is known as the National Capital of Trekking.
In the afternoon, you can take a short walk to start to discover the unmatched landscape of the area.

Choose between two amazing hikes: Torre Lagoon (7-8 hours, medium-high difficulty) or De los Tres Lagoon (8-9 hours, medium-high difficulty). Both are well-loved lakes and guarantee unforgettable views of bright blue water framed by mountains.

Del Desierto Lake and Aguas Arriba Lodge
Overnight Location - Lodge in El Chaltén | Distance - 3 hour hike (optional) | Meals - Breakfast, lunch, dinnerAfter breakfast, leave towards Del Desierto Lake. Your destination is Aguas Arriba Lodge, a wonderful place with incredible views of the northern front of Mount Fitz Roy and Vespignani Glacier. In order to reach this site, you’ll boat for 15 minutes or hike for 3 hours- up to you!
Once you’re checked in, enjoy lunch and then take the afternoon to enjoy the activities offered by the lodge.

Choice of Activities at Agua Arriba
Overnight Location - Lodge in El Chaltén | Distance - Variable | Meals - Breakfast, lunch, dinnerToday and tomorrow are all yours to enjoy the activities offered by the lodge. You can choose from a hike to Punta Norte, a walk to the Fitz Roy viewpoint, a cruise of Del Desierto, or fly fishing. Have fun!

Travel to El Chaltén and Tour Concludes
Overnight Location - None | Distance - None | Meals - BreakfastWake up and savour your last morning in Patagonia. You’ll pack up and leave, heading back to the airport in El Calafate. The transfer takes around 5 hours, therefore we suggest you to book your departure past 5pm. Safe travels!
