Day 1 Arrive in Hochpustertal

Today you’ll arrive in Hochpustertal. Explore the area and check into your hotel. Don’t forget to prepare your bike for your big adventure!

Day 2 Ride the Dolomite Passes

Begin your road biking journey as you ride through the Pustertal Valley and the spectacular Dolomites. Get ready for some great climbs as you ride up to three alpine passes including Kreuzberg Pass, Passo San Antonio, and Passo Tre Croci. You can also choose a longer route that that goes over Calalzo di Cadore.

Day 3 Cycle the Passo Giau Towards Belluno

Ride from the fascinating town of Cortina d’Ampezzo and pass between Tofane and the Five Towers. You’ll have some amazing mountain views as you cycle the Passo Giau and then into Belluno.

Day 4 Ride Through Valdobbiadene

Today your ride will take you from the birthplace of gelato into the region that produces the famous bubbly wine Prosecco. Cycle up another amazing pass before you arrive in Feltre.

Day 5 Cycle Monte Grappa

This morning you’ll have one last mountain to contend with before you arrive in the plains. Cycle across Monte Grappa, which was a battle site during World War I.

Day 6 Ride to Historic Treviso

Day 7 Follow the River to Venice

Today you’ll enjoy hiking along the lovely, flat trail that follows the River Sile towards Venice. You’ll be crossing the Serenissima and cycling into Mestre, which is the mainland section of Venice.

This self-guided cycling tour in Italy is run as a custom tour for your group and the price depends on the time of year in which you choose to travel and whether or not you prefer a single room.

Prices below are per person.
Important note: the departures are available on Wednesday and Saturday only. In some cases, the alternative departures are available for groups of 5 and more. Please note that this tour is not available between August 11th and 18th.
