Day 7 Climb to Mirador Los Tres

It's a gorgeous hike today to the foot of Mt. Fitz Roy, an iconic peak in Los Glaciares National Park. Passing the Rio las Vueltas and Piedra Blancas Glacier, you'll arrive at the Poincenot campsite at the base of the mountain. From here, it's a one-hour climb to the foot of Fitz Roy, where you'll be rewarded with the stunning sight of the jagged stone giants reflected in the Laguna de los Tres.

Day 8 Hiking to Cerro Torre

A scenic bus ride on the famous Route 40 gets you to the next destination on your adventure, El Chaltén, the Argentinian trekking capital. You'll hike to Lago Torre at the base of Cerro Torre, one of El Chaltén's most popular peaks, with astonishing views of Rio Fitz Roy and impressive granite crags.
