Day 1

Arrive in Cochin

Overnight Location - Hotel in Cochin | Meals - None

Meet and greet a tour representative upon arrival at the airport. Transfer to your hotel, where relaxation and a refreshing swimming pool await. Enjoy the rest of the day relishing in the amenities offered at the resort or opt to explore Cochin, a city that perfectly blends ancient buildings with a modern lifestyle. It’s also home to one of the most beautiful natural ports in the world!

Day 2

Explore Cochin

Overnight Location - Hotel in Cochin | Meals - Breakfast

Enjoy a delicious breakfast before going on a sightseeing tour around Cochin. You’ll get to check out a mixture of stunning architecture, historical buildings, and relaxing outdoor spots, including The Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace, St. Francis Church, Cochin Harbour, and Fort Kochi Beach. In the evening, you’ll go to a Kathakali dance performance. Watch as the dancers portray Indian epics in vibrant costumes.

Day 3

Travel to Kumarakom

Overnight Location - Hotel in Kumarakom | Meals - Breakfast

Travel a short distance to the land where mangrove forests and coconut groves flourish and canals weave through the lush greenery. This lovely village is also set on Vembanad Lake. You can spend the day enjoying the luxurious amenities at the resort or explore Kumarakom. If you’re a bird watcher, you won’t want to miss out on the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary.

Day 4

Board the houseboat

Enjoy breakfast before boarding your houseboat! Relax while meandering along the backwaters. As you travel, you’ll have the chance to stop at the many local markets lining the banks. You may also get to witness artisans creating boats the same way they did centuries ago. During mealtimes, enjoy the explosion of flavours in each dish—all prepared by the chef on board.

Day 5

Travel to Kovalam

Overnight Location - Hotel in Kovalam | Meals - Breakfast

Disembark your houseboat and travel to Kovalam, a tropical city. In the 1960s, western hippies stumbled upon this former quaint fishing village, but Kovalam has since evolved into a lively beach resort town. Enjoy the seaside restaurants and swirling salty air. After you check into your resort, you can spend the day at your leisure.

Day 6

Relax in Kovalam

Spend the day at the beach and enjoy the facilities offered at the resort.

Day 7

Departure from India
