Arrival in Aosta
Arrive in Italy’s Aosta, capital of the Val d'Aoste! Meet your guide at the train station at 4pm. Then, a private transfer will take you to the valley of Gressoney in the heart of the Val d'Aosta mountains. Check in to your hotel, and prepare for an incredible day of skiing tomorrow.

Off-Piste Skiing in Gressoney and Alagna
Enjoy an easy first day warm up at the ski area to get a taste of skiing up and down the local mountains. The day includes a check on your abilities and a review of the key safety guidelines you need to know for the week. The Gressoney and Alagna ski areas offer legendary off-piste skiing—enjoy!

Ski to Passo Betina and Val d'Ayas
Your first objective is Passo Bettolina! A short ascent on skis from the top of Stafal's lifts leads to Passo Bettolina (2,904m), the highest point on this section, but also the closest to the area's massive glaciers. Enjoy a thrilling descent through Véraz Valley, with the Breithorn, Castor, and Pollux looming high above. You are now in Val d'Aya, as authentic an experience as Aosta Valley has to offer! From the village of Saint-Jacques, take the lifts to Bettaforca Pass, finally crossing over the pass to another incredible descent down to Gressoney.

Ski the Olen Pass and Alagna-Valsesia
Another day, another aspect, another valley! You’ll start the day on the other side of the valley, near Olen Pass. After short a short stretch up to Passo di Zube (2,874m), cross over into another valley to ski the amazing terrain above and down to the charming alpine village of Alagna-Valsesia. Alagna's lifts will take you back up to Olen Pass and the Gressoney side of the ridgeline, providing you with the chance to venture off piste towards Gabiet Lake.

Ski Near Punta Vittoria
From the top of the ski area, the plan is to drop down the Alagna side of the mountain. This time, however, you’ll start from higher up, much closer to the area's glaciers and 4000-meter peaks. This lengthy tour leads through and down much wilder, untamed terrain near Punta Vittoria, all the way to the valley floor and the Pastore Hut. Alagna's lifts will allow you to make one or two more descents before crossing back over to the Gressoney side to enjoy your last night in the Aosta Valley.

Ski the Lys Valley and Climb Punta Indren
This morning the plan is to stay in Lys Valley and climb to the top of Punta Indren (3,275m), located at the foot of Monte Rosa's glacier-capped peaks. Enjoy close-up views of Punta Giordani (4,046m). From your high perch, there are several ways to ski down to Stafal, the highest village (1,830m) in Lys Valley. You’ll then continue skiing above Gressoney until late afternoon to enjoy this final day in the mountains.
