Ski Tour of the Italian Dolomites Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive in the Dolomites

Head to the mountain villages of Arabba, the gateway to the Corvara ski area. You’ll hit the slopes right away, starting with the Piz la Villa slope, and then you’ll spend the afternoon skiing between rocky peaks and the Passo Falzarego.

After an exciting afternoon of skiing, you’ll watch the sunset over the majestic Dolomites from the sundeck of your remote mountain hut.

Day 2 Ski Village Selva di Val Gardena

The first run of the day will be down the scenic Armentarola, where you’ll enjoy the morning powder and the amazing views. At the bottom of the hill, you'll find San Cassiano, which offers a huge network of ski lifts for you to explore the surrounding slopes. Ski to the pretty mountain village of Selva di Val Gardena and take the last lift of the day to your mountain hut on Col Raiser.

Day 3 Discover the Siusi Plateau

This morning you’ll ski-out from your mountain hut down to the Ortisei villages. Take some time to explore this charming town, known for its incredible wooden handicrafts (souvenir shopping, anyone?).

From the town, you’ll take the gondola up to the Siusi Plateau and ski to your mountain hut. Do a few more runs in the afternoon or relax in the sauna at the hut. The sunset hour is the perfect time to visit the picturesque old church next door.

Day 4 Skiing Canazei

Today you’ll start skiing in the direction of Selva of Val Gardena. Start by going through Sella Pass, and then ski to Canazei. This is where your hut is for tonight, so you can keep skiing the slopes around the area or enjoy a quiet afternoon enjoying the views from the terrace of your mountain hut.

Day 5 Descend to Arabba and Malga Ciapela

Enjoy skiing the long descent to Arabba, and then you’ll be skiing to the summit of the Marmolada. Spend some time soaking in the amazing mountain views from the highest peak in the Dolomites before you ski to Malga Ciapela. If you’ve had enough skiing for the day you can end your tour here or you can ski back to Arabba.

After lunch, it’s time to head back to the airport to begin your journey home.
