The Presidents’ Path is a fun little adventure for those who are looking to get acquainted with all that the Crans Montana Resort has to offer. Named after several commune presidents who secured the water supply of the region, this walking route passes through the Crans Montana Resort and offers beautiful views of the surrounding area.

Route Description for The Presidents’ Path
Setting out from the trailhead, the Presidents’ Path will lead you west along the shores of Etang Grenon, before cutting through the forest to loop around the village of Plans-Mayens, offering incredible views of the surrounding area.
Eventually, the trail will skirt around the edge of Lac de Chermignon, once again passing through the forest and along the edge of Etang Grenon to arrive at the starting point of your adventure.
Getting to the The Presidents’ Path Trailhead
To reach Crans-Montana by car, take the exit of the A9 motorway (Rhône motorway) called "Sierre ouest". At the motorway exit, turn left and follow the signs for "Sierre". At the roundabout, turn right. Continue for 500 m, then at the entrance to Sierre, turn left following the signs for "Crans-Montana". The journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive in Crans-Montana, follow the signs for "forum d'Ycoor" then the Stéphani car park.
